**Key Responsibilities:**
- Engage with potential beneficiaries to provide clear explanations of the Lifeline Affordable Connectivity Program's benefits and eligibility criteria.
- Educate beneficiaries on the features and functionalities of the provided phones, illustrating how these devices can enhance their lives.
- Assist beneficiaries in completing necessary forms and documentation to enroll in the Affordable Connectivity Program.
- Clearly communicate the program's terms and conditions, addressing any questions or concerns beneficiaries may have.
- Maintain meticulous records of beneficiary interactions, enrollments, and follow-up activities using designated tools.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure seamless logistics and the timely distribution of devices.
- Participate enthusiastically in regular training sessions to remain up-to-date on program details, new devices, and program enhancements.
- Represent Free Wireless with professionalism and warmth, cultivating positive relationships with beneficiaries and colleagues.
- Strive to surpass individual and team targets for enrollments and device distributions, actively contributing to the program's success.
- Provide timely and accurate reports to management, highlighting progress, challenges, and potential avenues for improvement.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education is a plus.
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or community outreach is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal communication skills; ability to convey technical information clearly and empathetically.
- Patient and empathetic attitude when interacting with beneficiaries from diverse backgrounds.
